Riverdale – Modifications to Entrance

Leixlip Town Council has been putting money into a fund to improve the appearance of the entrance to Riverdale Estate.   There is sufficient money in that fund now to do these works.   At our meeting we were told that permission would be needed.   Given that the Estate is in the Council’s charge it appears that this will take the form of a Part 8 process.   We are to receive an update at our next meeting.
